Research Profile
The immune system is best known for protecting us from infections, but it can also cause diseases. We are interested in how one type of immune cell, called B cells, become activated to be protective or cause disease. We also want to understand how these cells contribute to inflammatory damage in autoimmune disease and other chronic inflammatory conditions.
